Place of meeting: Royal Canadian Legion Branch #43 at 471 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa. Please use the rear entrance of the building, up the stairs and first door on the right.(see the maps below)

A Councillor may move a motion to suspend the regular Order of Business for any acceptable reason e.g. to hear a guest speaker.
